    3. Quotations:

    • Weekdays (from Sunday to Thursday): VNĐ 1,200,000.
    • Weekends (Friday and Saturday): VNĐ 1,400,000.
    • National holidays: VNĐ 1,600,000

    4. Extra bed: VNĐ 450,000.

    5. Note:

    • Inclusions: V.A.T.
    • Exclusions: Commissions, incurred expenses.
    • Maximum occupancy (extra bed not included):
      – Superior/ Deluxe Double/ Twin: 2 pax/ room.
      – Deluxe Triple: 3 pax/ room.
      – Extrabed: Maximum of 01 extra bed/ room (breakfast included).

    6. Amenities: 

    • Complementary breakfast.
    • Welcome drinks.
    • 02 or 03 bottles of water, tea & coffee based upon the room occupancy permitted.
    • Two-way electric cart tickets (maximum of 5 times/ 2 days and 1 night).

    Terms and conditions

    1. Check-in & Check-out

    Check-in: 2 PM
    Check-out: 12 PM

    a. Early check-in:

    An additional fee equal to 30% of your room rate will be charged for checking-in between 9 AM to 2PM.
    An additional fee equal to 50% of your room rate will be charged for checking-in between 6 AM to 9 AM.
    An additional fee equal to the full room rate will be charged for checking in before 6 AM.

    b. Late check-out:

    An additional fee equal to 30% of your room rate will charged for checking-in between 12 PM to 3 PM.
    An additional fee equal to 50% of your room rate will be charged for checking-in between 3 PM to 6 PM..
    An additional fee equal to the full room rate will be charged for checking out after 18h00.

    Free early check-ins and late check-outs depend on room availability and require the resort’s written consent via Email/Message.

    2. Day use room:

    Day use room will be charged 50% of 1 (one) night paying rate for use of 3 hours.
    A late check-out fee of 15% of 1 (one) night paying rate per hour is applied if you wish to extend your stay.
    An additional fee equal to the full room rate will be charged for checking out after 18h00.

    3. Children policy (breakfast included):

    Children under the age of 6: Free (maximum 01 child per room).
    Additional children under the age of 6 or children from 6 to 12 years old:  VNĐ 250,000/ child/ night.
    Children over the age of 12: VNĐ 350,000/ child/ night (Extra bed included).

    4. Extra bed:

    An extra bed is required in case the number of adults exceeds the maximum occupancy for the room type.
    The maximum number of extra beds/children’s cots permitted in a room is 1

    5. Cancellation policy (breakfast included):

    Cancellation of the booking 07 days prior to the arrival date: Free.
    Cancellation between 07 days and 03 days prior to the arrival date: 50% of booking value.
    Cancellation within 03 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of booking value

    Cancellation by the customer requires the resort’s written consent via Email/Message.
