If you’re looking for a lively bar with strong cocktails, Hill Coffee – Mộc An Viên is not the right place. Here, the menu only serves fresh fruit juices and smoothies made from fruits harvested in the Thung Nham orchard, along with a selection of herbal teas that are good for your health.

The drinks at Hill Coffee are light and refreshing, just like the tranquil atmosphere of the peaceful valley.

3. Chrysanthemum Tea – A specialty of the Thung Nham mountains and forests

In Thung Nham, Son Kim Cuc (Chrysanthemum) is planted from May to July. After 110 days, the flowers bloom, and after 130 days, they reach full bloom. The Son Kim Cuc flowers here are grown and cared for naturally, without the use of any pesticides or chemicals. The flowers absorb the nutrients from the Hoa Lu mountains and forests, blossoming and budding in harmony with nature.

When winter comes, it’s time to harvest the Son Kim Cuc flowers and process them into tea. The flowers are picked when they are at their peak bloom, with bright yellow, full petals, and still holding the morning dew on their delicate petals. After being hand-roasted twice using the traditional roasting method and sun-dried once, the Son Kim Cuc flowers condense their essence, carrying a fragrant aroma. They are then sealed in jars for long-term preservation and use.

Son Kim Cuc flower tea has a mild bitterness, a sweet and refreshing taste, and a soothing fragrance. It can be enjoyed on its own or combined with other ingredients such as red dates, goji berries, licorice, and honey, making it both delicious and highly nutritious.
