| An additional fee equal to 30% of your room rate will be charged for checking-in between 9 AM to 2PM. |
| An additional fee equal to 50% of your room rate will be charged for checking-in between 6 AM to 9 AM. |

b. Late check-out:
| An additional fee equal to 30% of your room rate will charged for checking-in between 12 PM to 3 PM. |
| An additional fee equal to 50% of your room rate will be charged for checking-in between 3 PM to 6 PM.. |
| An additional fee equal to the full room rate will be charged for checking out after 18h00. |
Free early check-ins and late check-outs depend on room availability and require the resort’s written consent via Email/Message.
2. Day use room:
| Day use room will be charged 50% of 1 (one) night paying rate for use of 3 hours. |
| A late check-out fee of 15% of 1 (one) night paying rate per hour is applied if you wish to extend your stay. |
| An additional fee equal to the full room rate will be charged for checking out after 18h00. |

| Additional children under the age of 6 or children from 6 to 12 years old: VNĐ 250,000/ child/ night. |

5. Cancellation policy (breakfast included):
| Cancellation of the booking 07 days prior to the arrival date: Free. |
| Cancellation between 07 days and 03 days prior to the arrival date: 50% of booking value. |

Cancellation by the customer requires the resort’s written consent via Email/Message.
Payment terms

| A prepayment of 50% of the total booking will be required to secure the booking. |
| If the payment is not settled by the date required, the reservation is automatically cancelled. |
